Hello, thank you for visiting my page. 

I’m Agata and I’m a Trauma Informed Therapist and an Accredited
EMDR Europe Practitioner. My main approach is Person Centred,
however since qualifying in 2015 I have additional training on CBT
(Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and I’m able to utilise this in my
practice as well as Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Therapeutic Life
Coaching.
I have many years of experience working with individuals who present
with various issues and struggles.  I specialise in Post-Traumatic Stress
Disorder (PTSD) using EMDR Therapy. I have experience working with
first responders including paramedics and prison officers and individuals
struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression,
trauma , panic attacks, low self-esteem, anger, relationship issues, and
more.
I offer individuals a unique blend where we can use a combination of
Trauma Informed Therapy, using EMDR Therapy , Transformational
Mindset Coaching and Counselling.
